About Us
Allen Springs Villas – A Community built on Purpose, is a new neighborhood currently under construction in Jenison. Founders Chuck Schipper and Roger Zylstra of Oak Crest Communities and Ross Luurtsema of ALTL, Inc. felt West Michigan needed something unique. They share a vision to provide lifelong options to those looking to retire the worries of life, and fulfill the purposes unique to them. The core of this vision is based upon the belief of God-given talents, abilities and callings unique to every individual.
Allen Springs Villas is unique in that it can provide a la carte concierge services such as housekeeping, laundry, etc., to ease life’s day to day demands and promote freedom for individuals to pursue their own personal mission and purpose.
The project consists of only 41 stand-alone European style villas. The homes were designed by Visbeen Architects, a company known for innovation and quality.
